General Care Tips

- Store Properly: Keep products like toys, leashes, and beds in a clean, dry place to maintain their condition and prevent damage.
Washing Instructions
Machine-Washable Products:
- Use a gentle cycle with cold water.
- Turn items inside out (if applicable) to protect their outer surface.
- Wash separately or with similar colors to avoid color transfer.
- Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
Hand-Wash Only Products:
- Fill a basin with cold water and a small amount of mild detergent.
- Gently agitate the product in the water without scrubbing or wringing.
- Rinse thoroughly with cold water to remove all detergent residue.
Drying Instructions
- Air Dry: Lay items flat on a clean, dry towel to remove excess water, then hang them in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.
- Avoid Machine Drying: Do not tumble dry unless specified. If machine drying is necessary, use a low-heat setting.
Ironing & Steaming
Ironing:
- Use a low heat setting and iron on the reverse side of the fabric.
- For delicate materials, place a thin cloth between the iron and the product to avoid direct heat.
Steaming:
- Steaming is a gentler option for removing wrinkles, especially for delicate or non-machine washable items.
Special Care for Leather or Faux-Leather Items
- Spot Clean: Use a damp cloth to clean the surface. Avoid soaking or using harsh chemicals.
- Conditioning: Use a leather or faux-leather conditioner occasionally to keep the material soft and supple.
- Avoid Heat & Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat can cause cracking or drying.
Stain Removal Tips
- Act Quickly: Treat stains as soon as possible for better results.
- Blot, Don’t Rub: Gently blot stains with a clean cloth or sponge. Rubbing can spread the stain or damage the material.
- Test First: Always test stain removers on a small, hidden area to ensure they don’t discolor or harm the material.
Storage Instructions
- Seasonal Storage: Clean and completely dry products before storing them for an extended period.
- Use Storage Bags: Keep items in breathable storage bags to protect against dust and moisture.
- Avoid Crowding: Store items in a well-ventilated area with enough space to prevent damage or loss of shape.
